Member Responsibility and Scope of Practice
While the content in an NBCAAM recognized CE course may be geared to a wide audience of professionals and may contain terms relative to diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or prognosis, the NBCAAM Scope of Practice should be observed in all cases. While it can be informative to study and be informed about approaches outside of our scope, students of any course should review their Scope of Practice and decide whether the information can be applied to their own practice.

CE requirements: Hands-on hours are called Skills hours. All other subjects are called General hours. Your first renewal can be any combination of 20 hours. Subsequent renewals require at least 10 of the 20 hours be Skills.
